Energy Performance Certificate £95
Every property is required by law to have a valid EPC which must not be below E, this certificate is to be renewed every 10 Years, if your property doesn't have one we will instruct one of our trusted engineers to complete the required checks and issue one.
Handling Charges 10%
Rapid lettings charges a 10% handling fee for any work / maintenance arranged by us at your property.
Administration charges £55
For the generation and inspection of any required documentation, this includes tenancy renewals contract generation and tenant referencing.
Service Termination £300 or remaining management fee
A Service termination charge is due when a landlord terminates the services provided by Rapid Lettings at any point, this charge is applicable unless otherwise agreed in writing by Rapid Lettings.
Gas Safety Certificate £70
Every property is required by law to have a current Gas safety certificate, you will need this in place before the start of the tenancy, and it must be renewed every 12 months, if your property doesn't have one we will arrange to have the required checks completed for you.
Inventories / condition from £87
Property inventories / condition reports are mandatory, every property must have one prior to being LET to ensure easy dispute resolution should the need arise.
Notices £60
For the generation and serving of notice to the tenant.
Account Statements £45
For the generation of account statements.
Property visits £30
For visiting the property outside our agreed inspection schedule,
